Returns
If you need to return a purchased item please email turtlecentral@bhic.org or call 910-457-0917. We will gladly exchange your item or offer a refund or store credit if needed. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned in perfect/unused/unworn condition up to 30 days after the purchase date. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be allowed after 30 days from the purchase date. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be allowed on discounted or sale items.
