We’re thrilled to invite you to join the BHI Conservancy this summer on the charming front porch of Turtle Central every Tuesday! Our enthusiastic Retail, Marketing, and Development intern team will be there, ready to serve you delightful snacks and refreshing beverages. Indulge in tastings of Turtle Central’s gourmet treats while enjoying a drink of your choice—whether it's wine, beer, lemonade, or just good old water.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with our dedicated Education, Conservation, and Sea Turtle Protection Teams, who will be our special guests each week. Our summer interns are eager to share insights about their projects and the vital work we’re doing together to safeguard Bald Head Island. Plus, when you shop at Turtle Central, every purchase directly supports the BHI Conservancy's initiatives, including the important Sea Turtle Protection Program. We can’t wait to see you there!

August 12: Special Turtle Tuesday with visiting author, Mary-Katherine Moore. Pick up a copy of BHI: The Early Years from Turtle Central and have your book signed by the author.
